These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and akar4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the akar4d online betting and casino platform located at https://akar4d.cam and any related services, features, content, and applications offered by akar4d.

You may only register and maintain one (1) account on the akar4d platform. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

akar4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we may require you to submit verification documents, including:

• A clear photo of your Indonesian identity card (KTP)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months)

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, following successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month, subject to adjustment based on account status and transaction history.

Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-24 hours, depending on verification requirements and banking processing schedules. akar4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Funds subject to active bonuses or pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

3.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. akar4d reserves the right to reverse transactions, suspend accounts, or forfeit funds if third-party payment activity is detected.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x, depending on the promotion.

Example: If you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 2,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and fund forfeiture.
• akar4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Refer to specific bonus terms for contribution rates.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the akar4d platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirmation.

akar4d reserves the right to void any bet or game result if:

• There is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, fraud, or other irregular activity
• A technical error or system malfunction resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to official sport or game rules
• The Player violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited betting patterns

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). Settlement times vary by sport and event but are typically completed within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.

In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time based on game flow. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. akar4d is not responsible for delays in odds updates due to network latency or other technical factors beyond our control.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

akar4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other Players.
